What every plan includes

We install, we maintain, we upgrade. You pay monthly and focus on running your line.

Installation and Commissioning

ForgePuls engineers handle mechanical installation, network connection, and system calibration. Target: first inspection pass within 24 hours of arriving on site.

Model Updates

Detection model improvements deploy automatically to your edge nodes. New defect types, improved accuracy on challenging geometries, and performance patches all included.

Hardware Replacement

If a camera or compute unit fails, we ship a replacement and have an engineer on-site within 48 hours. Hardware is ours - you never own an asset that becomes obsolete.

Common questions

Line Starter and Line Professional have 12-month minimum terms. Multi-Line contracts are negotiated individually. We've done 24-month terms with volume commitments and 12-month pilots for new customers.
No. Hardware stays with ForgePuls. This is intentional - it means we maintain, repair, and upgrade it over the contract term. When you end the subscription, we remove the hardware. There is a purchase option if you prefer to own after 36 months.
On-site installation takes one to two days for a single line. First inspection pass (calibrated to your specific part) typically completes within 24 hours of arrival. We schedule installations to minimize production downtime - typically during a planned maintenance window.
New part or die introductions require a recalibration session (30-40 known-good parts through the camera). This takes about two hours. For customers running more than 6 die changes per year, we recommend the Professional plan for the faster recalibration workflow.
Yes. The majority of our current deployments are aluminum HPDC. Our detection models include specific training data for A380, A356, and ADC12 alloys. Steel die casting and aluminum sand casting are also well-supported. Copper alloys and titanium forging are available on custom model plans.
